VERPLICHTINGEN VAN DE EINDKLANT

2-1 De eindklant zal zich gedragen en opstellen conform een verantwoordelijke en zorgvuldige manier. De eindklant stelt
Hype Telecom zo spoedig mogelijk schriftelijk in kennis van eventuele wijzigingen m.b.t. relevante gegevens.

2-3 De eindklant is verboden andere gebruikers van Hype Telecom te hinderen of schade toe te brengen. Zo ook aan het
geleverde apparatuur van Hype Telecom aan eindklant. Het betreft hierbij ook indirecte schade door misconfiguratie
aan de eindklant zijde. Eindklant is slechts toegestaan gebruik te maken zoals omschreven in voorwaarden van Hype
Telecom. Dit geld ook voor gebruik van Hype Telecom diensten en systemen.

2-4 Het is de eindklant niet toegestaan zijn of haar account aan derden door te geven dan wel laten gebruiken. Hiervoor
geldt ook de handleiding van toepassing. Dit dient in uiterste geval met schriftelijke toestemming van Hype Telecom.

2-5 De klant draagt zorg voor de noodzakelijke hard en software die nodig zijn voor gebruik van Hype Telecom.

2-6 Indien elektronisch communicatieverkeer VoIP hinder ervaart door eindgebruiker dan wel door eindklant of door
aangesloten apparatuur, zal eindklant de door Hype Telecom voorschriften overtreden en verantwoordelijk zijn voor
daaraan verbonden kosten.

2-7 Bij diefstal of verlies van Hype Telecom apparatuur dan wel gegevens waarmee eindklant gebruikt maakt van Hype
Telecom VoIP, dient Hype Telecom daarvan onmiddellijk op de hoogte worden gebracht. Hype Telecom zal direct de
verbinding met eindklant buiten gebruik stellen. Hype Telecom is niet aansprakelijk voor de (persoonlijke) gegevens die
daarop vrij komen. De kosten die hier van toepassing worden, zijn voor rekening eindgebruiker.

2-8 Hype Telecom is niet aansprakelijk indien zij, achteraf gezien ten onrechte niet overgaat tot buitengebruikstelling en
indien achteraf zal blijken dat een buitengebruikstelling ten onrechte is geschied.

2-9 De eindklant die diensten van Hype Telecom heeft afgesloten blijft aansprakelijk voor het nakomen van de
verplichtingen van Hype telecom en eindklant gaat hiermee akkoord de verplichtingen na te komen jegens Hype
Telecom.

2-10 Hype Telecom is voor haar diensten en netwerken afhankelijk van andere partijen. Hype Telecom is niet aansprakelijk
voor schade van elk aard van welke hoofde ook, veroorzaakt door de diensten of netwerken van andere partijen
waaronder inbegrepen in de netwerken of infrastructuur van die andere partijen.

2-11 Indien de eindklant software matige informatie ten behoeve van Hype Telecom VoIP gaat gebruiken is Hype Telecom
niet aansprakelijk voor het functioneren van deze software.

2-12 Indien er onderhoud of werkzaamheden nodig zijn tbv Hype Telecom zullen wij dit zo spoedig mogelijk doen en dit
mededelen via website Hype Telecom, tenzij dit niet mogelijk is. Er is dan wel een mogelijkheid tot het niet of deels
functioneren van Hype Telecom.

TARIEVEN, KOSTEN EN BETALINGEN

3-1 Indien anders (schriftelijk) overeengekomen wordt eindklant na betaling beltegoeden, geactiveerd voor gebruik
